Ceremony will begin at 4:30. We ask that you please come at least 30-45 minutes prior to give yourself time to park, grab a drink, snap a few pictures/guestbook sign in and to find your seat!

Yes you can include your kiddos, but we do encourage you to make it a night out and let loose!

Yes! Our ceremony AND reception are both under the same roof, the reception will be in the next room!

We will have a shuttle van that will take you to the event location as well as back to the hotel. As much as we would love for you to shut the place down with us, there will be several time slots where the van will start shuttling guests back to the Hampton Inn. Shuttles to and from the hotel and wedding venue will begin at 2:30p and end at 11:30p.

We will have a large grazing table with all sorts of goodies and dips during cocktail hour following the ceremony.

Dressy casual to semi-formal!

Most definitely! We will have take-home containers for food and treats. If you want more for later or if you just didn’t have anymore room for it! We want very little waste!

We will be having an indoor ceremony! It’s Iowa, so who knows with the weather. If weather is still nice the outdoor area will be open to us as well to mingle and play games!

There will be a full bar there at our venue with bartenders during cocktail hour and reception. Due to vendor/venue regulations outside alcoholic beverages aren’t allowed on the premises.

Our ceremony will be unplugged. Please let our photographer capture our special moments and we will share them with you! But we do ask that you take and share as many pictures of our reception as you’d like!
